Fermentation and maturing of wine (12 months) in concrete tanks.
Appearance : deep ruby color, Nose : notes of undergrowth and ripe red fruits, Palate : harmonious and fruity, this wine shows melted tannins and is long in the mouth.
Plot selection of 40 years old vines.
